Chef Katie cooked for 15 of my sorority sisters on July 20 at Wild Dunes Resort. This was our first experience with a home chef, and we were unsure of what to expect. We could not have been more pleased. From booking to cleanup, Katie exceeded my expectations. She was very responsive and accommodating during the planning process. She arrived on time and executed the meal and cleanup with ease. She suggested a grazing table which worked perfectly for our group. The food was AMAZING! She planned a beautiful menu which provided plenty of choices for everyone. I would highly recommend Chef Katie and will definitely work with her again!
This private chef experience was the highlight of the bachelorette weekend. Chef Katie was insanely talented and gave us a meal that will be remembered forever. The food was incredible. Chef Katie is so kind, personable and was a delight to spend a few hours with. I would recommend Food, Fire and Knives, specifically Chef Katie, to absolutely anyone. Can’t wait to figure out a reason to come back and do it all again 🙂
Katie was a supreme professional. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was impeccable. We will definitely use Katie when next we are on the island
